Control and feel your emotions. Every thing you do and don’t do contributes. It’s not a secret. Don’t be a turtle in a hare machine, and don’t learn from an AI. The key to suffering is coming to terms with the fact it’s going to happen, so learn to craft states of emotion and feeling that vibe better. Be creative, and never “grow up”.
